Your body has yin (cooling) and yang (heaty) energies — and food affects that!

✨ Feeling heaty?
Think sore throat, mouth ulcers, acne, or feeling super “jelak” after fried food.
Solution: Eat more cooling stuff — cucumber, bittergourd, chrysanthemum tea, pear soup, watercress soup, barley water.

🥶 Feeling too cooling?
Think cold limbs, bloating, fatigue, loose stools.
